General information

Please note the following when planning your journey:
The rooms are available from 2 pm. 
The rooms are to be vacated by 10.30 am at the latest.

Fixed bookings:
On confirmation of your booking we request a pre-payment of EUR 300,- per room by cheque or by bank transfer to our account at the Raiffeisenkasse, A-5542 Flachau,
Sort code: 35004, acc. no.: 25767.

Please quote the following details when transfering from abroad:
IBAN: AT02 3500 4000 0002 5767 and BIC: RVSAAT2S004.
(Please note, that the whole sum of the pre-payment must be transfered to us, any bank charges will be charged to you).

Types of payment:
We accept cash, EC-card, Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa.
We give a discount of 2 % on our room rates for cash payments (with the exception of packages and short stays of up to 3 nights).

For short stays of up to 3 nights a charge of  EUR 10,- per person and night will be made.

Single room supplement: EUR 25,- per night. (only available in room type “Standard”.)

In the event of early departure the whole room price for the booked stay will be charged to your bill. Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing. In the event of cancellation an 'empty bed charge' will be made according to Austrian Hotel Regulations.

Dogs: Dogs are only allowed if booked in advance. The price is EUR 15,- per night without food. Please bring own dog basket and blanket. The hotel reserves the right to charge any necessary end-of-let cleaning to your bill.  Any damage made by your dog must be paid for in resort. No insurance claims possible.  Please understand that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining room.
