After a day in the fresh air and beautiful countryside of the Salzburg Sports World, it will be time to return home, where everything has been prepared for you with loving attention to detail. The tables are set and a fire is burning in the tiled stove.
Would you prefer to enjoy your dinner in the winter garden or in one of our comfortable dining rooms?
Whatever the case, you can look forward to a real treat. In this part of the world, we say: Food and drink keep body and soul together.
Your children can eat with you – unless, of course, their tummies are already full and they are already sleeping peacefully in their beds. From our own personal experience, we are well aware that youngsters tend to get hungry earlier than do we adults. Which is why, here with us, they are welcome to eat a little earlier.
Oh yes, as far as our personal experience is concerned: these are our children, Maxime and Léonard.
On those long winter’s evenings, we are proud to serve you dishes from a gourmet menu that would doubtlessly please even the most discerning of food critics. In summer, our dishes are a little lighter, but equally as delicious. The owner, himself, will ensure that your wine will serve as a harmonious complement to your meal. Andreas Hausbacher is a passionate sommelier. He is always proud to open his cellars for your enjoyment, cellars that are filled both with international wines, but especially with top-quality wines from Austrian vintners; a great opportunity to discover some wines that are our own well-guarded secret tips.
And as for our kitchen, what does it have in store for you? Your day will begin with a lavish breakfast, featuring a buffet of regional specialties that you can pick and choose from as you please. In the afternoon, we will serve you homemade cakes and hot drinks. Because our tastes do tend to vary, children can look forward to kids’ meals designed especially with them in mind.
